Return Policy for 105 Packaging

At 105 Packaging, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality custom packaging solutions. As our products are custom-designed and manufactured to meet your specific requirements, we have crafted this return policy to ensure clarity for both parties. Please read carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns

Our return policy allows returns only under the following circumstances:

  1. Defective or damaged items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved design, you are eligible for a return or replacement.
  2. Incorrect orders: If you receive the wrong item (i.e., an order that does not match the confirmed order specifications), please contact us for a resolution.

Please note: We will always send you a mock-up for your approval before we send to the production team. Once you confirmed, we do not accept returns based on dissatisfaction with the design or minor variations in color or appearance between the product you see on our online visualizer and the actual product you receive. The online visualizer may display colors slightly differently due to screen settings, and slight variations are expected.

You are more than welcome to placing a sample order before you place bulk orders.

Customer Responsibility for Design

Since all products are custom-made according to the designs provided by the customer, it is your responsibility to thoroughly review and confirm your design before placing an order. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for orders that the customer no longer likes or for subjective design preferences.

14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return for eligible items. To qualify for a return:

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Proof of incorrect or defective orders, photos for instance.

Please note that items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover that your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@105packaging.com so we can assess the issue and provide a solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain custom-made products and special orders cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom products that are made to your specifications.
  • Items with minor differences in color or texture compared to the online visualizer, which are considered normal.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please contact us if you have any questions about the return eligibility of your specific order.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges, as each order is custom-made and made for you specially.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without a justification. However, this applies only to non-custom products. Custom orders are excluded from this policy, as they are produced specifically to your specifications.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
